My Rant: This was an amazing Story as is definitely going in my favorites list.  Down for the count was a quick read but completely filled emotions, comedy, eroticism and action. Down for the count started of with a gut punch to the stomach when Lacey found her husband plowing a woman at her wedding reception. WTF, literally at their wedding reception right after they just got married. That was completely a low blow and as the referee begins to step in you begin to think Lacey was about to recover, and bam she is hit with a TKO, because the women who her husband was banging happen to be her best friend from childhood.

My Rant:

A little bit cupid was a quick read but you got a full-blown story in such a short period of time. I was so sad when the book ended because I would have liked to get more of a glimpse of Phoebe future with her soul mate. I know, I know, I don’t want to ruin the story for you so I am trying to write this review without giving away too much.

My Rant:  What an emotional ride. In the beginning I completely hated Gage. I mean how he could force Kayla to exploit herself just to save her daughter. But during some of their erotic session Kayla is learning a lot about herself.

No matter her hectic schedule I can honestly say she makes a attempt to engage with her fans one on one literally. Thats why I adore her so.

Keeping Secrets in Seattle

What is the book about?  Violet loves Gabe ,but she was scared to admit that to him for years.  They have been best friends since their childhood but a tragedy enclosed in a secret almost tore their friendship apart. Violet struggled to tell Gabe how she feels about him but gained the courage once Gabe told her he had dumped his girlfriend Alicia.  At a family gathering violet is ready to confess her love but finds out that Gabe is engaged to Alicia and she is asked to be his best man at the wedding. Struggling with her emotions Violet has to deal with the reality that she will be losing her friend and the only man she ever loved to another woman. 

My Rant: Loved it. I completely loved this book.  This was quite the page-turner and I was addicted as soon as I started to read it. Now you all know that I like my steamy scenes with my romance but now I can say I can read interesting books without them. There were not any steamy scenes in this book but that does not take away from this story at all.  I have so much to say but I am not sure where to begin.  I guess I will start with Violet.  Wholeheartedly you have no chose but to love Violet.  She witty, spunky, and smart and the best pick for Gabe. But she was so broken.
