Night Pleasures - Dark Hunter Series (book 2)

My Rant : In this book Kyrian has to overcome his past in order to save himself and the women he loves from a powerful Daimon..
It took me a day to read this book. Once you pick it up,  it is hard to put the book down. I locked my self in my room with a bottle of wine and drifted off into the dark hunter's world. I laughed, cried and my heart strained at the steamy romance scenes. Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter's has definitely kept me occupied after my obsession with the Black Dagger Brother's.



My Recommendation: 

 
I enjoyed reading Night Pleasures. I would give this book a rating of 4  Purple Rant Hearts.

Game of Thrones & Sparticus - My New Favorite HBO and Starz Series

January 2012,  paves the way to the new Game of Thrones season 2 episodes, this has been a long time coming. I am so mad that Khal Drogo had to die..... would love to see more of him in the series but I am interested in following Daenerys Targaryen (Dany) story. At the beginning of the season 1, she was so fragile  but by the last episode of the season she had grown into a powerful character. It would be interesting to see her develop in season 2. .

Kindle Madness

I am so excited. My family bought me a kindle for Christmas. I so miss my paperback books, but not that much :-) . With the kindle I am able to carry my whole library with me. I never knew why people loomed over the kindle until now. Having your favorite books at the palm of your hands and the ability to purchase books without going to the store (even when you are in the middle of a series)  makes life a little easier and enjoying.  The kindle will come in handy when I am  stuck somewhere boring and I need to escape for a little while.

Twilight to the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series (BDB)

For the past couple of years I have been lost in the Twilight craze. (Those of you that read twilight know exactly what I mean). Once I completed the series, I was totally bummed out  until I was introduced to a new band of vampire brothers by my co-worker.
