My Rant:

Finding loves wings completely shocked the hell out of me. When the author released chapter one to the book I read it and was like OMG did Zoey go full throttle and start of the book like that (wink, wink). Um folk, yes she did. Zoey kicks off the story with bang, you don’t get to work into the story and you are not eased into it either.

She completely put the drama in your face and you have to deal with it and boy is it quite the scene. It left me feeling so many emotions because you weren’t sure how Cami was going to react because she was second-guessing her actions as well. Cami was contemplating should she go, should she stay or cause a scene. Her emotions were all over the place but I commend her on making the decision to go away quietly to sort out her feelings. Cami is exposed to us completely in the beginning of the story so you begin to quickly make a connection with her.

Cami had a lot going on for herself she was career driven witty and smart. I loved her character because she also was strong but unique. Cami wasn’t just the average girl on the block, which is why Tristan was attracted to her. The author drew out emotions through Cami and you completely connect with her hurt and struggle to deal the loss of her father and her loneliness.

Tristan stole my heart away. He was sexy, smart in his bad boyish ways that seem to bring out the bad girl emotions in me. But as a successful celerity in the lime light he has his own issues with trust and dealing with the exposure celebrity-ism brought because the paparazzi just could not stay out of his business to let him just deal with his own issues. But when Tristan collides with Cami the books begins to take you on a world wind of events.

Tristan and Cami both had issues they had to overcome but when they got together they completely raised the heat index to at least 99.9 degrees. Not only are you drooling over him you completely fall in love with this man. He is perfect. I loved him completely love him. His tattoos piercings and his ability put it down in and out of the bedroom. Lol.

This book was quite the page-turner for me I couldn’t seem to put it down. I was drawn into the book by the authors writing style and her creativity of her characters. The character were unique, which was a pleasant surprise because some times when you read book you feel like your reading the same story just written by a different author but you don’t get that from Finding Loves Wings. The way the characters process their feelings, their personalities just screamed individualism. The author just poured her creativity into this story, which completely amazed me and entrapped me into this love story between Cami and Tristan that before I knew what was happening I began to sprout wings, yes I found loves wings.

My Recommendation:

I rated this book 4 out of 5 purple rant heart and would recommend this story to anyone that loves a good contemporary story with soaring romance.
